Cancellation Window
You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. This 4-hour window gives us a buffer period before we begin processing and shipping your order, ensuring the best possible convenience for our customers.
How to Cancel Your Order

Complete details of your purchase: This includes your order number, the item(s) you wish to cancel, and the date of your purchase or you can attach a screenshot for quicker reference.
Reason for cancellation: Briefly explain why you are canceling your order.
Once we receive your cancellation request within the specified timeframe and with all the necessary details, we will process your refund.
Cancellations After the 4-Hour Window
Cancellations requested after the initial 4-hour window will be at the sole discretion of the competent authority at Masamaga. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, please understand that by this time, your order may already be in the process of being fulfilled or shipped. In such cases, cancellation may not be possible, or it may be subject to certain conditions.

Return & Refund Policy
At Masamaga, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’re here to help. Please review our policy carefully.
Eligibility for Returns
1. Returns Due to Personal Reasons
(e.g., you no longer need the product, don’t like the color, ordered the wrong size, or simply changed your mind)
If you’d like to return an item for personal reasons, please note the following:
Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Request Timeframe: You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the item.
Return Shipping Cost: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
You can choose one of the following return methods:
Self-Ship: You may ship the item to the address we provide
or
Pickup Request: We can arrange a pickup for you. In this case, the shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Returns Due to Defect, Damage, or Wrong Product
(e.g., the item is misprinted, defective, damaged during transit, or not what you ordered)
If your item has a problem, please follow the steps below:
Return Request Timeframe: You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the item.
Required Proof:
A complete unboxing video showing the item being removed from its original packaging.
Clear images of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Photos of the original outer and inner packaging.
Resolution:
If verified, we will reprint and ship a replacement at no extra cost.
If a replacement isn’t possible, a full refund,for the product amount will be issued.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued only after verifying the provided evidence. In some cases, we may request the item to be returned for further inspection before approving the refund.
Refund Timeline: If your return is approved, your refund will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive your returned item, it undergoes a quality check to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. This includes verifying that the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
You’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received your returned item. After the inspection is complete, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your return is approved, we’ll initiate the refund process. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method—whether it’s a credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking—within 5 to 7 business days. Please note, the exact time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
In some cases, the refund amount may be adjusted. For instance, if you opted for a pickup return due to personal reasons, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Similarly, if the returned item is received in a condition that doesn’t fully comply with our return policy, a partial refund may be issued. We’ll inform you of any such deductions before the refund is processed.
If your return is rejected—due to reasons such as signs of usage, missing tags, or damage—we won’t be able to issue a refund. In such cases, the product can be shipped back to you upon request, and the shipping cost will be your responsibility.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company;
it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

How to Initiate a Return
At Masamaga, we’ve made the return process simple and convenient using our website.
To initiate a return request, please follow the steps below:
Log in to your account on our website.
Go to the “Orders” section in my account dashboard.
Locate the order you wish to return and click on the “Return” or “Request Refund” button.
Fill in the required details such as reason for return, product condition, and upload any supporting images or videos (if applicable).
Submit the return request. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
Alternatively, if you face any issues with the online return form, you can also contact our support team by emailing masamaga.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return or pickup.
Shipping
At Masamaga, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped to your address by our delivery partner within 3–7 business days.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions.
We partner with trusted third-party courier services for shipping. While we do not have direct control over courier operations, we’ll gladly assist you in case of any shipping issues or delays.
Make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a delivery fails due to incorrect details or is returned to us undelivered, reshipping charges may apply.
In case of returns:
If you’re returning a product for personal reasons (e.g., size issue, change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping cost(actual charges may apply).
If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost after verifying the claim.
